Book a heating, cooling or electrical visit
Fill in the request and the Farwest office will call you back to confirm a time. Tell us what is going on and we will send the right person, whether that is a service tech, a comfort advisor or one of our electricians.
What to include
- What the system is doing
- No heat, no cooling, a noise, a smell, a breaker that keeps tripping, or a room that never gets comfortable. A sentence or two is plenty.
- How old it is
- A rough age helps the office decide whether this sounds like a repair or a conversation about replacement.
- The brand, if you know it
- It is usually printed on a label on the furnace, air handler or outdoor unit. Skip it if you cannot find it.
- The best time to call you back
- Morning, after lunch, or after work. The office is open Monday to Friday and will call to confirm a time that suits you.
