Comfort Club

Comfort Club maintenance plans for Yakima Valley homes

Three plans, one idea: a Farwest tech looks at your heating and cooling twice a year, before the season that will test it. Pick the level of coverage below. Call the office for current plan pricing at (509) 457-5346.

What each plan includes

Read across a row to see how the plans step up. The electrical safety inspection and the credits toward panel upgrades start at Comfort Club Plus, and the replacement credit grows with every level.

Why a tune-up

The two visits are the whole point

Yakima summers and winters both lean hard on a system. A visit before each one is how a small fault gets fixed on a calm day. If a check does turn up something that needs work, the plan discount applies to the heat and A/C repair that follows, and the replacement credit counts toward a new system if it comes to that. See how that works on our system replacement page.

Efficiency you can feel on the bill
A furnace or condenser that has been cleaned and checked runs the way it was built to run, instead of working harder every season.
Small problems found early
A worn part caught at a scheduled visit costs far less than the same part failing on the coldest or hottest week of the year.
A longer working life
Equipment that gets looked at twice a year tends to last longer, which pushes the replacement date back.
Steady comfort room to room
Regular service keeps airflow and temperature even, so the upstairs and the back bedroom stop being the problem rooms.
Cleaner air
Every plan includes a filter, so the air moving through the house is not pushed past a clogged one.
Warranty that stays valid
Some manufacturers require regular maintenance to keep their warranty in force. Skipping it could void your coverage.

The electrical safety plan

Plus and Complete both include a home electrical safety inspection from Farwest Electric. The idea is simple: know that the electrical system in your house is running safely, and is not quietly working toward a bigger problem inside the walls. If the inspection points to an older panel, the plan credit helps with an electrical panel upgrade, and the Farwest Electric team does the work.

Not sure which plan fits your house?

Tell the office what you heat and cool with, and whether you have an older panel. They will point you to the level that makes sense. We are open Monday to Friday, 8 to 5.
