Furnace, A/C and heat pump replacement across the Yakima Valley
A Comfort Advisor walks the house, then an install crew, a startup tech and our electricians finish the job together.
Chapter 01
When the system is 43 years old, or the furnace is an oil burner behind a wall
Replacement calls tend to come from houses where the equipment has outlasted everyone's expectations. One homeowner, M Warmoth, wrote that the furnace and A/C systems were 43 years old when the call went in. Another, Ryan Bernard, asked Farwest to tear out an 85 year old oil furnace behind a wall and replace it with a heat pump. His review says the crew tackled the challenge happily and “installed everything clean and neat like it was made to be there!”
Age is not the only reason. Equipment that was sized wrong for the house, too small to keep up on the hottest days or too big to run in a steady rhythm, is the other common one. Either way, the first step is a person looking at the house, not a catalog. Farwest replaces systems across Yakima, Selah, Union Gap, Wapato, Zillah, Sunnyside, Grandview and the rest of the valley.

One Comfort Advisor visit, then one team from install to startup
Their own line on this service is that they have “an experienced team of Comfort Advisors that can help you make the best choice for you and your family.” In practice that is Nate, the Comfort Advisor and Install Manager, and Tyler, who handles commercial buildings. Jenessa Markland wrote that Nate was her first contact, walked her through the process and gave her options with honesty and clarity. M Warmoth called Nate's quote exceptional and said he helped with the financing application.
The install department is Jaime, the project manager, with Zack and Ryan as lead installers and Luis and Wyatt as installers. Jenessa's review names Jaime, Wyatt, Zack and Juan as the crew on her new furnace and heat pump day, and calls them courteous, efficient, friendly and patient. Allan Villamil's review lists the rest of a typical job: Payton as startup tech getting the new unit running smoothly, Alfredo and Ryan installing it, and Eli and Evan, the electricians, handling all the electrical work.
That is the point of having Farwest Electric under the same roof. The installers, the startup tech and the electricians work for one company on one job. Farwest has been an American Standard dealer since 2002 and displays a Bryant dealer badge today, and the Comfort Advisor will talk through which equipment fits the house and the budget.
Chapter 03
Financing, Comfort Club credit and keeping the manufacturer warranty valid
Financing starts at the same visit. Once there is a plan, the Comfort Advisor goes over the financing options, and homeowners are typically approved within 2 business days. Rates and the lender are not published, so ask the office when you call and get the specifics in writing.
Comfort Club members get money toward the replacement itself: $400 on the base plan, $600 on Comfort Club Plus and $1000 on Comfort Complete. The Plus and Complete plans also put $250 and $500 toward electrical panel upgrades and generator installs.
Then keep the new system maintained. Some manufacturers require regular maintenance to keep a warranty valid, and skipping it can void the coverage. The seasonal heating and cooling visits in a Comfort Club plan are how most customers keep that paperwork clean.
